Last updated: 2026-08-05 PRIVACY POLICY FOR DOMINOES We take your privacy seriously. Dominoes is designed to be played locally on your device with minimal data collection. WHAT DATA WE COLLECT Game Statistics: The app records your game history, including wins, losses, games played, and rule variants used. This data stays on your device by default. Game Center Data: If you use local multiplayer via Game Center, Game Center collects and manages your profile information and game results. This is handled entirely by Apple and subject to Apple's privacy policies. iCloud Sync: You can optionally sync your game stats and accessibility settings to iCloud through your Apple account. This data is encrypted by Apple and stored in your iCloud account. Syncing is opt-in; your stats stay local if you disable it. Accessibility Settings: Your preferences for large-card mode, high-contrast display, and other accessibility options are stored on your device and optionally synced to iCloud if enabled. NO TRACKING: Dominoes does not collect analytics, behavioral data, device identifiers, location, or any personal information. We do not use third-party tracking services, ad networks, or analytics platforms. WHAT STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE All game logic, AI processing, shuffle algorithms, and move calculations happen entirely on your device. Your game state, shuffle seeds, and decision history never leave your phone unless you enable iCloud sync. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES Dominoes uses only Apple's native frameworks: Game Center for local multiplayer (managed by Apple) and iCloud for optional stat and settings sync (managed by Apple). Refer to Apple's Privacy Policy (apple.com/privacy) for details on how Apple handles this data. PAYMENT DATA Dominoes is purchased through the App Store as a one-time $4.99 purchase. Optional cosmetic card-back and table-felt packs ($1.99 each) are also available. All payment processing is handled by Apple. We never see your payment information, credit card details, or billing address. Refer to Apple's App Store terms for payment privacy details. CHILDREN Dominoes is appropriate for all ages and does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. The app contains no third-party tracking, ads, or analytics. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, contact us immediately. YOUR RIGHTS You have full control over your data. Disable iCloud sync at any time to keep all data local. Delete the app to remove all local data. Your Game Center data is managed by Apple; contact Apple for deletion requests. DATA RETENTION Game stats remain on your device indefinitely or until you delete the app. If you disable iCloud sync, that data is removed from Apple's servers. Cosmetic pack purchases are tied to your App Store account and subject to Apple's retention policies. SECURITY Your data is protected by your device's built-in security. iCloud-synced data uses Apple's encryption standards. We do not store data on external servers under our control.
