If you do not agree to these terms, do not download or use the App. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS You accept these terms by downloading, installing, or using the App. We may modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Check this page regularly for updates. LICENSE GRANT Loudunicorn, Inc. grants you a limited, personal, non-commercial, and non-transferable license to use the App solely for your own private entertainment. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, translate, distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, sell, transfer, or otherwise exploit the App or any of its components. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App. PROHIBITED USES You agree not to: — Use the App for any commercial purpose or on behalf of any business — Attempt to cheat, hack, manipulate game mechanics, or falsify scoring systems — Use bots, scripts, automated tools, or any other means to access or use the App — Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation — Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of Loudunicorn, Inc. or any third party — Harass, threaten, abuse, or attack other users of the App — Provide false or misleading information — Impersonate any person or entity INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content in the App, including but not limited to graphics, animations, sounds, game design, text, and user interface elements, is owned by Loudunicorn, Inc. or its third-party licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your use of the App does not grant you any ownership or proprietary rights to the App or its content. PAYMENT AND PURCHASES Dominoes requires a one-time paid purchase. Optional cosmetic in-app purchases are available. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's policies. Refund requests must be made through Apple's App Store. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Loudunicorn, Inc. does not warrant that the App will function without errors, be uninterrupted, be secure, or be suitable for any particular purpose. Your use of the App is entirely at your own risk. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loudunicorn, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. TERMINATION We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for any reason. We may also discontinue the App entirely without liability. GOVERNING LAW These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts of law.
