If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this App. Your continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of these terms. LICENSE GRANT We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use this App for your own non-commercial purposes. You may not rent, lease, loan, sell, transfer, assign, sublicense, or otherwise dispose of the App or any copy thereof. This license is conditional upon your compliance with these terms. PERMITTED USE You may use the App to manage estate administration tasks, track legal deadlines, create checklists, and generate email templates following a death. You retain all rights to any personal data or content you enter into the App. PROHIBITED USES You agree not to: • Use the App for any commercial purpose or public display without authorization • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code • Use the App in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations • Modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App • Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks • Use the App to transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code • Attempt to circumvent payment or subscription restrictions • Use the App to provide services to third parties • Use the App in a way that infringes upon intellectual property rights of others DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranty that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.
