If you do not agree, do not use the app. LICENSE GRANT We grant you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to use FermentChron solely for your own fermentation tracking and home brewing purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or rent the app or its content. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code. This license terminates immediately upon violation of these terms. ACCEPTABLE USE You may not use FermentChron to: - Violate any law or regulation - Infringe on any third-party rights - Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or its systems - Use the app for commercial purposes, including selling fermented products produced with tracking data from this app - Harass, defame, or threaten others - Spam or send unwanted communications DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES FermentChron is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app is error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. Fermentation results depend on many factors beyond the app's control. We are not responsible for failed batches, foodborne illness, spoilage, or other outcomes related to fermentation. You use this app entirely at your own risk. Food safety and preparation are your sole responsibility. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use FermentChron, including data loss, lost profits, or equipment damage. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the past 12 months. Some jurisdictions do not allow liability limitations, so this may not apply to you. CHANGES TO TERMS We may update these terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of FermentChron means you accept the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically. TERMINATION We may terminate your license to use FermentChron at any time if you violate these terms or for any reason, in our sole discretion.
