Last updated: 2026-08-05 FITFIGHT TERMS OF USE By downloading, installing, or using the FitFight application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS You accept these terms and any updates to them by using the App. We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. LICENSE GRANT We grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for your own fitness tracking and entertainment. You may not: sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or distribute the App; modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive source code; remove any proprietary notices; or use the App for any commercial purpose. PERMITTED AND PROHIBITED USES You must comply with all applicable laws. You agree not to: use the App to harass, threaten, or harm others; submit false health data or attempt to manipulate tracking; circumvent payment systems or reverse-engineer RevenueCat subscriptions; impersonate others; transmit malware or viruses; or scrape, automate, or interfere with App functionality. CORE FEATURES ARE FREE Fitness tracking, creature management, weekly battles, and battle history are permanently free. Premium features include character customization, evolution options, advanced coaching plans, battle replays, and additional powerup slots. We do not charge for core gameplay, continued play, battles, or tracking. HEALTH DATA AND PRIVACY The App accesses HealthKit data with your permission. We do not store raw health data on our servers; it remains on your device. By granting access, you authorize the App to read your workouts, meals, and related metrics. You are responsible for the accuracy of manually logged data. Deleting the App does not restore HealthKit permissions—manage these in iPhone Settings. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES The App uses RevenueCat for subscription management and HealthKit for health data. Their terms and privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for their services or data handling. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE APP IS UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR: INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS; OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100. You use the App at your own risk. The App is not medical advice, and we do not guarantee fitness results.
