ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By downloading, installing, or using the FlameFree Foods mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms. 2. LICENSE GRANT We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your personal device for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease the App or its contents. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the App or its algorithms. 3. PROHIBITED USES You agree not to: (a) use the App for commercial purposes or to resell its services; (b) interfere with or disrupt the App's operation or servers; (c) use automated tools, bots, or scraping to access or extract data; (d) share your account credentials or permit others to use your account; (e) post illegal, threatening, defamatory, or abusive content; (f) attempt to gain unauthorized access to restricted features; (g) use the App in violation of applicable laws or regulations. 4. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER The App provides general information about food ingredients and an inflammation index score for educational purposes only. It is not a medical diagnosis, treatment, or substitute for professional medical advice. The App does not replace consultation with a healthcare provider. Always consult your doctor before making dietary changes, especially if you have autoimmune conditions, chronic pain, or other medical concerns. Do not rely solely on the App for medical or nutritional decisions. 5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability. We do not guarantee that barcode scans will be error-free, that ingredient data is current, or that inflammation scores are medically validated. You use the App at your own risk. 6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data loss, arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed $100 or the amount you paid for a Pro subscription in the past 12 months, whichever is greater. 7. CHANGES TO TERMS We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new terms and updating the "Last updated" date. 8.
