If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS These Terms of Use constitute a binding agreement between you and Lou Unicorn ("Company"). Your access to and use of the App constitutes acceptance of and agreement to abide by all of the terms and conditions contained herein. LICENSE GRANT Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use, the Company grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes on your personal iOS device. Any other use of the App is strictly prohibited. PROHIBITED USES You agree not to: - Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the source code or underlying architecture of the App - Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the App - Use the App for any commercial, business, or unlawful purpose - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's servers, databases, or systems - Transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code through the App - Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the App or its servers - Use the App to impersonate, harass, or defame any person - Collect, harvest, or scrape data from the App without authorization - Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the App - Share your account access or purchased subscriptions with others USER-GENERATED CONTENT Any content you submit to the App remains your responsibility. You grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the App's operations. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR SECURE. USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THIRD-PARTY INFORMATION Restaurant information, challenge details, and user-submitted data are provided for informational purposes only. The Company makes no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or current status of challenge information. Always verify details directly with restaurants before attempting any eating challenge. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR YOUR SUBSCRIPTION. CHANGES TO TERMS The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. SEVERABILITY If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
