Last updated: 2026-08-05 GOLFGROUP TERMS OF USE ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By downloading or using the GolfGroup application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. LICENSE GRANT We grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to use the App solely for your own golf scoring and side game calculation purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or transfer the App or any portion of it to any third party. PROHIBITED USES You agree not to: - Use the App for any commercial, competitive, or revenue-generating purpose - Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code - Use the App to harass, threaten, defame, or infringe the rights of others - Transmit viruses, malware, or any code designed to harm the App or its systems - Access the App through unauthorized means or circumvent any restrictions - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or other users' data - Use the App in violation of any applicable law or regulation ACCURACY OF INFORMATION You are responsible for entering accurate scorecard information. We do not verify the accuracy of entered scores, and settlement amounts are calculated based solely on the data you provide. Disputes over scoring are between you and your fellow golfers. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR SECURE. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LOUDUNICORN OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS LESS. CHANGES TO TERMS We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the App following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify you of material changes via the App or email.
