Last updated: 2026-08-05 GRATITUDEPAIR TERMS OF USE By downloading, installing, or using the GratitudePair app (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS These Terms of Use constitute a legal agreement between you and Loudunicorn Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). You agree to use the App only in accordance with these terms and all applicable laws and regulations. LICENSE GRANT We grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App on your personal iOS device, solely for your own gratitude-sharing practice with your paired partner. You may not sublicense, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of the App or any rights therein. PROHIBITED USES You may not: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code or functionality of the App; (b) use the App for any commercial purpose or public display; (c) attempt to access another user's account or pair code without permission; (d) transmit any harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or objectionable content through the App; (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or networks; (f) use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or infrastructure; (g) use the App to harass, harm, or threaten any person; or (h) violate any applicable law or regulation. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOUDUNICORN INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of the App following the posting of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United States.
