If you do not agree, do not use the App. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Loudunicorn ("Company"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. LICENSE GRANT Company grants you a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own. You may not copy, modify, rent, lease, or reverse-engineer the App. You may not distribute, sell, or transfer the App or access to the App to any third party. All content within the App, including prompts, memory vault features, and progress reports, remains the property of Company or its licensors. PROHIBITIONS You agree not to: Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its servers, or related systems. Harass, abuse, or threaten other users, particularly in moderated community spaces. Post illegal content, including child exploitation material, in the Community Forum or elsewhere. Share false information about your identity or professional credentials. Attempt to impersonate a therapist, counselor, or healthcare provider. Disrupt the App's functionality or interfere with other users' access. Remove or alter proprietary notices or labels within the App. NOT MEDICAL ADVICE OR THERAPY Grief Journal Pro is a journaling and support tool, not a substitute for professional mental health care. This App does not provide therapy, medical advice, or diagnosis. If you are experiencing thoughts of self-harm or suicide, please contact a mental health professional or crisis service immediately. The Community Forum provides peer support only, not professional treatment. Company is not liable for outcomes arising from reliance on peer support or journaling practices within the App. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Company disclaims all express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Company does not guarantee the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or completely secure. Data loss, server downtime, or feature interruptions may occur without liability. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by law, Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of use, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. This limitation applies even if Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages. CHANGES TO TERMS Company may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted within the App and noted with a new "Last updated" date.
