Last updated: 2026-08-05 TERMS OF USE ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By downloading, installing, or using Ham Radio iOS Logbook (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to all terms, do not use the App. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes. LICENSE GRANT We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-commercial, and non-transferable license to use the App solely for amateur radio QSO logging and record-keeping. You may not sublicense, redistribute, sell, lease, rent, or transfer the App or any rights to it. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the App. PAYMENT AND SUBSCRIPTION The App includes optional paid features behind a paywall. By purchasing access, you agree to pay the stated price. Your payment authorization is governed by your device's app store terms (Apple App Store). Refunds are governed by Apple's refund policy. We are not responsible for declined payments or account verification issues with your payment provider. PROHIBITED USES You agree not to: - Use the App for commercial purposes or to compete with us - Use the App with automated tools, bots, or scripts - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its servers - Transmit malware, spam, or harmful content through the App - Violate amateur radio regulations or laws in your jurisdiction - Share your account or login credentials with others - Violate the intellectual property rights of others THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS The App integrates with third-party services including LoTW, QRZ.com, POTA, SOTA, CloudKit, and ADIF export functionality. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or functionality of third-party services. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR SECURE. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS. DATA AND PRIVACY Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy. The App uses offline-first CloudKit sync; your QSO data is synchronized with your iCloud account. We do not control or guarantee the security of data transmitted to third-party services. TERMINATION We may suspend or terminate your access to the App for violation of these terms or applicable law. Upon termination, your license to use the App terminates immediately.
