We take your privacy seriously and explain exactly what information we collect and how we use it. DATA WE COLLECT On-Device Data (Stays Private) The App stores all routine schedules, timer settings, routine completion history, reward chart progress, theme preferences, and low-stimulus mode settings directly on your device. This data does not leave your device unless you explicitly choose to sync it to your account or enable optional iCloud sync. Account & Subscription Data If you create a free or paid account to use Family features (multiple children, custom routines, reward history, or multiple caregivers), we collect: - Email address and password (for authentication only) - Subscription status (free or Family plan) - Payment information (processed entirely through Apple App Store; we do not store payment details) - Child profiles (name and age only; no photos or personally identifiable information beyond names) - Routine configurations and completion history (synced across family devices) - Reward chart progress Export Data When you export a printable chart from the App, we generate a PDF for you to save or print. We do not retain copies of exported PDFs. Device Information We collect your device type, iOS version, and theme purchase status only. We do not collect location, contacts, photos, health data, or sensor information. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA We use your data solely to: - Provide the App's core features: timers, routine tracking, family syncing, and reward charts - Maintain your subscription and process in-app purchases - Diagnose crashes and improve App stability - Send account or subscription communications via email We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. We do not use your data for marketing, targeted ads, or any purpose beyond delivering the App to you. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES The App uses only Apple's built-in frameworks (StoreKit for in-app purchases and theme transactions, CloudKit for optional iCloud sync if you enable it). We do not use third-party analytics, tracking, or ad networks. No third party has access to your routine, reward, or family data. CHILDREN'S DATA & PARENTAL CONTROL Only the parent or caregiver who sets up the account controls access to all family data. Children's names and routine progress are visible only to verified family members on your Family Sharing circle. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 except as necessary to provide the App's features, and only with parental consent implied by account creation. DATA RETENTION & DELETION On-device data persists until you delete the App. If you have an account, we retain your data on our servers as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. We remove deleted account data within 30 days. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY We may update this policy to reflect changes to the App or legal requirements. We will notify you by email if material changes occur.
