If you do not agree, do not use the app. ACCEPTANCE AND PARENTAL CONSENT HygieneHero is intended for families with children. If you are under 13, your parent or guardian must read and accept these terms on your behalf. If your child uses HygieneHero, you are responsible for all activity under your account and agree to supervise their use. LICENSE GRANT We grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use HygieneHero on your personal device. You may not: copy, distribute, rent, lease, transfer, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the app. You may not use the app to compete with HygieneHero, create similar services, or extract data for commercial purposes. FEATURES AND SUBSCRIPTION Free accounts include: one child profile, one routine, basic timer, and core reminder features. Family subscription ($3.99/month or $24.99/year) unlocks: unlimited children, custom routines, reward badges, progress history, printable charts, and multi-caregiver synchronization. Theme in-app purchases are optional cosmetic customizations. Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel in your device's app store settings before renewal. You are solely responsible for managing your subscription. PROHIBITED USES You agree not to: access HygieneHero using false identity or unauthorized credentials; use the app to collect data about other users; interfere with app functionality or security; transmit viruses, malware, or harmful content; attempt unauthorized access; violate any applicable law; or use the app for commercial purposes without permission. CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All app content, text, graphics, timers, badges, and reward systems are owned by Loudunicorn, Inc. and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content outside the app without written permission. User-generated content (custom routines you create) remains yours; you grant us a license to store and display it within your account. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES HygieneHero is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available. We are not responsible for device compatibility issues, data loss, network failures, or third-party services. The app is for personal household reminders and support—not medical or professional advice. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loudunicorn, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. PRIVACY We collect minimal personal information and are committed to protecting children's privacy in compliance with applicable law. See our privacy policy for details on data collection and use. CHANGES TO TERMS We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via the app or email.
