If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, do not download, install, or use the app. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS Your use of Liar's Dice constitutes your full acceptance of these Terms of Use and any other terms and conditions referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the app following publication of any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically for changes. LICENSE GRANT We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download and use Liar's Dice on your personal Apple device for private, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. All rights in the app and its contents, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, and code, remain the exclusive property of Loudunicorn LLC. Your license does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or distribute the app; sell, rent, lease, lend, or transfer your license; modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the app; attempt to discover the source code or underlying algorithms; or use the app for any commercial purpose, profit, or public display. PROHIBITED USES You agree not to use Liar's Dice to: harass, threaten, defame, or abuse other users; transmit any viruses, malware, worms, or other harmful or malicious code; attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or other users' accounts; violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights; engage in fraud or deception; spam or post repetitive messages; or interfere with the app's functionality or other users' access to it. You may not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or algorithms to interact with or manipulate the app. You may not purchase in-app cosmetic packs and resell, distribute, or transfer them to third parties. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES Liar's Dice is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will operate uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses, malware, or other harmful components. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Loudunicorn LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app. CHANGES TO TERMS We may update these Terms of Use at any time.
