Last updated: 2026-08-05 TERMS OF USE — MAID OF HONOR OS ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By downloading, installing, or using the Maid of Honor OS application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to all terms, do not use the App. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any modifications to these terms. LICENSE GRANT We grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, and revocable license to download and use the App solely for your own entertainment and participation in bachelorette events. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, or transfer the App or its content to any third party. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the App. PERMITTED AND PROHIBITED USES You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You specifically agree not to: Use the App in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations. Engage in geofenced activities or missions in a manner that trespasses on private property, ignores venue restrictions, or endangers yourself or others. Attempt to bypass location services, geofencing technology, or other App features through unauthorized means. Upload, share, or transmit offensive, harassing, defamatory, or illegal content. Use the App to collect, harvest, or track personal information about other users without consent. Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality, servers, or networks. Participate in fraudulent scoring, cheating, or any deceptive practice within group competitions. Use the App for commercial purposes, including resale, subscription services, or commercial event planning without separate licensing. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty, express or implied, regarding the App's accuracy, reliability, uninterrupted operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App will function without error, that defects will be corrected, or that the App will remain compatible with your device. Location services, geofencing, and group scoring features may experience delays, inaccuracies, or temporary outages. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or lost profits. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App, if any. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to the App. Your continued use following any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
