Last updated: 2026-08-05 TERMS OF USE - MEALVOTE FAMILY ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By downloading, installing, and using MealVote Family ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App. If you are a minor, your parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf. LICENSE GRANT We grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App solely for your family's meal planning. You may not sublicense, rent, lease, transfer, assign, or share access to the App with anyone outside your immediate household. You may not use the App for any commercial purpose, resale, or service bureau arrangement. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENTS Use of certain App features requires a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal are governed by your app store account (Apple ID). You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account. Cancellation must be completed through your app store settings. We do not process refunds directly; contact your app store for billing disputes. PROHIBITED USES You agree not to: - Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the App's source code - Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels - Use the App to transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code - Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation or servers - Access the App through unauthorized or automated means - Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable law - Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation - Harass, threaten, or abuse other users - Share meal recommendations or dietary advice from the App as medical or professional nutrition guidance CONTENT AND USER DATA Any feedback, suggestions, or content you provide to us may be used freely without compensation or attribution. We collect and use data as described in our Privacy Policy. Parents remain responsible for monitoring their children's use of the App. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App is error-free, uninterrupted, or meets your expectations. Nutritional recommendations are suggestions only and not medical advice. Consult a healthcare provider regarding dietary concerns. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, even if advised of such damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the past 12 months. CHANGES TO TERMS We may modify these terms at any time.
