Last updated: 2026-09-03 TERMS OF USE ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By downloading, installing, or using the MealVote Family app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. We may update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the App means you accept the updated terms. LICENSE GRANT MealVote Family grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your iOS device for your own family's meal planning purposes. You may not sell, transfer, rent, lease, or sublicense the App or any access to it. You may not reproduce, duplicate, or copy the App or its content except for personal backup. PROHIBITED USES You agree not to: Use the App for any commercial purpose outside your family household Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the App's source code Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's servers or systems Use the App to transmit harmful code, malware, or viruses Impersonate any person or entity Interfere with the proper functioning of the App or its infrastructure DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. MealVote Family does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any defects will be corrected. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy of meal suggestions, nutrition information, or any content within the App. Your use is at your sole risk. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law, MealVote Family shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past twelve months, or five dollars, whichever is less. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT If you purchase a subscription, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. Refunds are subject to Apple's standard refund policies. CHANGES TO TERMS We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
