Last updated: 2026-08-05 TERMS OF USE — MILESTONEMAP BABY ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By downloading, installing, or using MilestoneMap Baby (the "App"), you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App. LICENSE GRANT We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your own device for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not sell, share, distribute, copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App or its content without written permission. ACCOUNT & CONTENT You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You own all observation logs, photos, and developmental data you upload. We may delete your account and data if you violate these terms. You grant us a non-exclusive license to store, process, and backup your data to provide the App's services. PROHIBITED USES You agree not to: — Use the App for any illegal, harmful, or deceptive purpose — Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the App — Upload content that violates others' intellectual property or privacy rights — Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity — Share your account credentials with others — Use the App to harm children or violate child protection laws — Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or systems MEDICAL DISCLAIMER The App provides educational milestone tracking and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Milestones displayed are based on CDC guidelines but individual development varies. Always consult a licensed pediatrician regarding your child's health, development, or any concerns. We are not liable for health decisions made based on App data. WARRANTIES DISCLAIMER The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. CDC milestone data is provided for informational purposes only and may change without notice. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the preceding 12 months. PRIVACY Your personal data is collected and processed according to our Privacy Policy, available in the App and at loudunicorn.com. We do not sell personal information. SUBSCRIPTION & REFUNDS Paid subscriptions renew monthly on your chosen billing date. You can cancel anytime in your device settings. Apple manages all subscription billing. Refund requests must comply with Apple's App Store refund policy. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept new terms.
