Last updated: 2026-08-05 NERVESCORE PRIVACY POLICY NerveScore respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it. DATA WE COLLECT NerveScore accesses Heart Rate Variability (HRV) data from your Apple Watch through Apple's HealthKit framework. We use this data solely to calculate your daily readiness score and personalized activity recommendations. We do not collect any additional health data beyond what you authorize through HealthKit. We collect information about your app usage related to premium features (subscription status, paywall interactions, feature access). This usage data remains on your device unless you use a premium subscription, in which case we store only your App Store receipt information on our servers to verify and manage your subscription. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA All HRV data processing happens on your device. Your daily 1–10 readiness score, rolling 14-day baseline calculation, and activity recommendations are computed locally using HealthKit data. We do not transmit your raw health data to our servers or share it with any third party. Lock Screen and Home Screen widgets retrieve and display data directly from HealthKit on your device. Shortcuts automation accesses your score and threshold comparisons locally. Your daily morning notification is generated and delivered on your device without being sent to us. DATA STORAGE All HRV history, calculated baselines, daily scores, and recommendations are stored on your device in the HealthKit database and NerveScore's local storage. You maintain full control through iOS Settings. If you maintain a premium subscription, we store only your subscription status and App Store receipt on our servers. We do not store health data on our servers. NO TRACKING OR ADVERTISING NerveScore does not track your location, use advertising identifiers, or share your data with ad networks. We do not use third-party analytics SDKs, behavioral tracking, or data brokers. THIRD-PARTY FRAMEWORKS NerveScore uses only Apple's standard frameworks—HealthKit, WidgetKit, UserNotifications, and Shortcuts—to deliver core features. We do not integrate third-party SDKs for analytics, tracking, or advertising. DATA PROTECTION Your health data is protected by iOS on-device encryption. Sensitive health information is never transmitted over the network. Your subscription information is transmitted securely to Apple's servers only for payment processing. YOUR RIGHTS You can delete all NerveScore data by uninstalling the app. Your HealthKit data is managed through iOS Settings and can be reviewed or deleted at any time, independent of NerveScore.
