If you do not agree, do not use the app. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Loudunicorn, Inc. Your use of NerveScore constitutes acceptance of these terms. We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after updates means you accept the new terms. LICENSE GRANT We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use NerveScore on your Apple device for your own non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease the app or its content. You may not reverse-engineer or attempt to access the app's source code. HEALTH DATA AND HEALTHKIT NerveScore accesses Apple Watch Heart Rate Variability data via HealthKit. You control what data the app can access through your device settings. We do not store, sell, or share your health data with third parties. We do not use your data for marketing or advertising purposes. This app is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice. PROHIBITED USES You may not use NerveScore to: - Violate any law or regulation - Harm others or their property - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or related systems - Introduce malware or harmful code - Engage in commercial competition with NerveScore - Use the app as a substitute for professional medical advice DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES NerveScore is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of health scores or recommendations. Health data from Apple Watch may contain errors. Your reliance on the app is at your own risk. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of NerveScore, including but not limited to loss of data, missed opportunities, or health outcomes. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for NerveScore in the past 12 months. CHANGES TO TERMS We may modify these terms at any time by updating the "Last updated" date.
