If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App following changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. LICENSE GRANT We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the App on your personal device for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not permit you to copy, modify, sublicense, or distribute the App. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the App. HOUSEHOLD SHARING Household members may share access to a single free account and its reminders on their personal devices. Household sharing is provided at no additional cost. All household members remain subject to these Terms of Use. PROHIBITED USES You agree not to use the App to: - Violate any laws or regulations - Infringe upon intellectual property rights or privacy rights - Transmit malware, spam, or harmful code - Reverse engineer, hack, or attempt unauthorized access - Sell, lease, rent, or transfer your account to others - Use the App for commercial purposes without authorization - Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation or servers - Create false or misleading information about your pets - Harass or harm others through the App DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES The App is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Pet care reminders are tools to assist you—they do not replace professional veterinary advice. You remain solely responsible for your pet's health and welfare. We are not liable for any missed reminders, medication errors, or adverse health outcomes resulting from reliance on the App. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by law, PetPing and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including loss of data or revenue. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you. CHANGES TO TERMS We may update these terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify users through the App or via email to the address associated with your account.
