Last updated: 2026-08-17 PRIVACY POLICY FOR PET ROCK Pet Rock is a simple app. We do not collect personal information, do not require an account, and do not send your choices anywhere. DATA ON YOUR DEVICE Your preferences—which rock you own, which background you're viewing, whether ambient audio is enabled, your screen-wake setting—are stored only on your iPhone. These never leave your device. In-app purchases are managed by Apple through StoreKit 2; your purchase history is kept by the App Store and is not visible to us. ANALYTICS We use Google Firebase Analytics to measure how often the app is opened and which in-app purchase tiers are attempted. This helps us understand what works. Firebase Analytics does not collect your name, email, phone number, or any identifying information. It does not track you across other apps or websites. It does not require your Apple ID or any login. Firebase sends anonymous event data to Google. This data includes: app launches, which rock or background you tapped, and which purchase attempts completed. No personally identifiable information is attached. You can review Google's privacy practices at https://policies.google.com/privacy. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES StoreKit 2 handles purchases and sends transaction data to Apple. See https://www.apple.com/privacy/ for Apple's privacy practices. We do not use any advertising networks, social media SDKs, location services, camera access, contact access, or health frameworks. The app requests no special permissions beyond network access for analytics and App Store communication. CHILDREN Pet Rock is not directed at children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has used Pet Rock, no additional steps are needed: the app collects no personal information about anyone, regardless of age. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY We may update this policy if the app's features change. We will update the date at the top of this policy.
