If you do not agree, do not use the App. LICENSE GRANT We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for your own private, non-commercial enjoyment. You may not reproduce, distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, transfer, assign, sell, or otherwise exploit the App or any of its contents. RESTRICTIONS You may not: - Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App or its content - Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code - Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or markings - Use the App for any commercial purpose or public display - Rent, lease, or lend the App - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems - Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair our servers or networks IN-APP PURCHASES All in-app purchases are non-refundable except as required by law. Purchases are personal and non-transferable. You cannot resell, redistribute, or transfer rocks or backgrounds purchased through the App. All purchases are final once confirmed through your device's app store. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR SECURE. VIDEO PLAYBACK QUALITY DEPENDS ON YOUR DEVICE AND INTERNET CONNECTION. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content in the App, including rocks, backgrounds, videos, code, and design, is our exclusive property or licensed to us. You retain no rights to this content except the non-commercial personal use license granted above. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS We may update these Terms of Use at any time.
