Terms of Service Last updated: April 19, 2026 1. About PickleLive Score PickleLive Score is a real-time pickleball scoring app for iPhone and Apple Watch. Users can track live match scores point by point, record player names, view full match history, export match data, review win/loss stats, and share live matches with other participants via Share Live. The app supports rally scoring and traditional side-out scoring, singles and doubles, and best-of-3, best-of-5, or best-of-7 match formats. 2. Who Can Use PickleLive Score PickleLive Score is intended for users aged 4 and older. The app is designed for recreational and competitive pickleball players who want a convenient courtside scoring tool. 3. Permitted Uses Users may use PickleLive Score to: - Score live pickleball matches for recreational or competitive play - Record and review personal match history and statistics - Track win/loss records for yourself and playing partners - Share scores via the system share sheet - Export match history as a CSV file (PickleLive Pro feature) - Share live match scores with other iPhone users via Share Live - Use the Apple Watch companion app to view and control the scoreboard - Use the app at pickleball clubs, gyms, tournaments, or backyard courts 4. Prohibited Uses Users may not: - Use PickleLive Score to fraudulently misrepresent match results in sanctioned competitions - Reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute any part of the app - Attempt to access, modify, or interfere with other users' locally stored data or CloudKit records - Use the app in a manner that violates any applicable law or regulation - Resell access to the app or its content 5. In-App Purchases and Pricing Free Features: PickleLive Score is free to download and use. Core features — live scoring, match history, timeout tracking, point-by-point log, Apple Watch companion, and player stats — are available at no cost. PickleLive Pro — $2.99 (one-time purchase): PickleLive Score offers an optional in-app purchase called PickleLive Pro for $2.99 USD. This is a one-time, non-consumable purchase — you pay once and own it permanently. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. PickleLive Pro unlocks: - CSV export of your full match and game history - Ability to assign a Scorekeeper role to other participants in Share Live matches All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Prices may vary by country based on Apple's regional pricing. The price displayed in the App Store at time of purchase is the definitive price. Restoring Purchases: If you have previously purchased PickleLive Pro, you can restore your purchase at any time at no additional charge using the "Restore Purchase" button in the app's Settings screen or on the PickleLive Pro paywall screen. Refunds: All purchases are final and processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Loud Unicorn LLC does not process refunds directly. Family Sharing: PickleLive Pro does not currently support Family Sharing. 6. Sports Data Disclaimer PickleLive Score is a personal scorekeeping tool. It is not affiliated with USA Pickleball, the PPA Tour, the APP Tour, Major League Pickleball, or any official sanctioning body. Match records stored in the app are not official records of any tournament or league. 7. iCloud and Share Live The Share Live feature requires an active iCloud account on your device. Match state data shared during a live session is stored in your private iCloud database (Apple CloudKit) and is accessible only to participants you invite. By using Share Live, you agree to Apple's iCloud Terms and Conditions. Loud Unicorn LLC is not responsible for iCloud availability or outages. 8. Apple Watch The PickleLive Score Apple Watch companion app requires an iPhone running PickleLive Score and a paired Apple Watch running watchOS 10 or later. Watch functionality depends on WatchConnectivity, which requires the iPhone and Watch to be in proximity. 9. Disclaimer of Warranties The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. Loud Unicorn LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. 10. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Loud Unicorn LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to incorrect score tracking, data loss, iCloud sync failures, or loss of purchased features. 11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona. 12. Dispute Resolution Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of PickleLive Score shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will be conducted in Maricopa County, Arizona. You and Loud Unicorn LLC each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action. 13.
