This policy describes what data is collected, how it is used, and what stays entirely on your device. DATA COLLECTION AND USE PopPulse Zen does not collect personal data. The app operates entirely offline with zero network calls. No information about you, your usage, your device, or your interactions with the app is ever sent to our servers or third parties. DATA STORED ON YOUR DEVICE PopPulse Zen stores only the following information locally on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch: - Your customizable background color preferences - Your ambient noise mixing levels and selections - Your haptic feedback intensity settings - Your sound synthesis preferences - Your app launch history and session timestamps (stored locally only, never transmitted) This data is stored using Apple's standard local storage mechanisms and remains entirely on your device. It is not synced to iCloud, does not leave your device, and is not accessible to us. IN-APP PURCHASES PopPulse Zen uses Apple's in-app purchase system for its paywall. Transactions are processed entirely by Apple. We do not receive detailed information about your purchase history, payment method, or personal identifiers. Apple's App Store Privacy Policy governs how Apple handles purchase data; we encourage you to review it at apple.com/privacy. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES PopPulse Zen does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising networks, tracking SDKs, or data-sharing libraries. The app uses only Apple's built-in frameworks (UIKit/SwiftUI, AVFoundation for sound, CoreHaptics for haptic feedback) and does not rely on external services that collect data. NO TRACKING, ANALYTICS, OR ADVERTISING PopPulse Zen contains no analytics, user tracking, ad networks, or crash reporting that transmits data to external servers. We do not know how long you use the app, which features you interact with most, or any other usage metrics. The app has no ads or interstitials. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY PopPulse Zen does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Because the app operates offline and stores only local preference settings, children can use it with complete privacy. If a parent or guardian has concerns, they can delete the app and its stored preferences at any time through their device settings. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION All data stored by PopPulse Zen remains on your device until you uninstall the app or manually clear the app's data through your device settings. Uninstalling the app deletes all locally stored preferences. Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered. SECURITY Because PopPulse Zen stores only preference data on your device and makes no network calls, security risks are minimal. The data is protected by your device's standard security features. We recommend keeping your iOS device updated with the latest security patches. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY We may update this privacy policy to reflect changes in the app's functionality. If we add network capabilities or data collection in future versions, we will update this policy and notify users before implementing any changes.
