Last updated: 2026-08-20 TERMS OF USE FOR POPPULSE ZEN 1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By downloading, installing, or using PopPulse Zen ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to any provision, do not use the App. These terms apply to all users, whether you access the free or paid version. 2. LICENSE GRANT We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-commercial, and non-transferable license to use the App on a single device for which you have downloaded it. This license permits private, personal enjoyment only. You may not distribute, resell, rent, lease, transfer, share, or sublicense access to the App with others, whether for free or for payment. Any unauthorized use or transfer immediately terminates this license. 3. PROHIBITED USES You agree not to: - Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the App - Use the App for any commercial purpose, including resale or distribution - Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent any security features or paid access restrictions - Use the App in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or network - Collect, harvest, scrape, or attempt to extract user data from the App - Use the App in violation of any applicable local, state, or international laws 4. IN-APP PURCHASES AND PAYMENT The App offers paid features and subscriptions ("Paid Features") behind a paywall. Your purchase grants you a personal, revocable license to access Paid Features during the active subscription term. All sales are final. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms. Refunds are governed by app store policies. 5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, VIRUS-FREE, OR MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS. 6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED $0.99. 7. CHANGES TO TERMS We may update these Terms of Use at any time without notice. We will post the updated terms in the App with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. 8.
