If you do not agree, do not use the app. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Loudunicorn. They govern your use of Royal Favor and all associated services. Your use of the app signifies your acceptance of these terms in their entirety. LICENSE GRANT We grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to use Royal Favor solely for private entertainment purposes. You may not rent, sell, lease, transfer, or assign your license. You may not modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the app's source code. You may not remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices. You may not use the app on more devices than your purchase tier permits or through unauthorized channels. PROHIBITED CONDUCT You agree not to harass, threaten, abuse, or defame anyone through the app. You will not transmit hate speech, illegal content, or material that violates intellectual property rights. You will not attempt unauthorized access to the app's systems or user data. You will not interfere with the app's functionality or other users' experiences. You will not use bots, scraping tools, or automation to manipulate gameplay or extract data. IN-APP PURCHASES The base Royal Favor host license ($4.99–$6.99, one-time purchase per device) grants unlimited play sessions for the purchaser and their invited players. Joining players access the game free when invited. Optional expansion packs and word-pack IAPs are available at $1.99–$2.99. All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER Royal Favor is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure. LIABILITY LIMITATION To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Royal Favor. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app. CHANGES TO TERMS We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Royal Favor after changes means you accept the new terms.
