Terms of Service Last updated: April 19, 2026 1. About Sawasdee Match Sawasdee Match is a dating app connecting Thai locals, expats, and tourists. Users create a profile, browse nearby people, and match with those who express mutual interest. Matched users can message each other for free. Optional premium features are available via subscription. 2. Who Can Use Sawasdee Match You must be at least 18 years old to use Sawasdee Match. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older. The app is intended for people seeking genuine connections. You may not use Sawasdee Match to harass, deceive, or harm other users. 3. Account Responsibilities You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information in your profile and to keep it up to date. You may not create multiple accounts or impersonate another person. 4. Permitted Uses - Create a profile with accurate photos and personal information - Browse profiles of other users and express interest by liking or passing - Message users you have mutually matched with - Purchase optional premium subscriptions or consumable add-ons - Report users who violate these Terms 5. Prohibited Uses - Uploading photos that are not of yourself or that you do not have rights to use - Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users - Soliciting money, goods, or services from other users - Posting sexually explicit content or content involving minors - Creating fake profiles or misrepresenting your identity or intentions - Scraping, reverse engineering, or accessing the app's systems in unauthorized ways - Using the app for commercial solicitation or spam 6. Photo Verification Sawasdee Match offers optional photo verification. Submitting a verification selfie means you consent to that image being reviewed by our moderation team solely for the purpose of confirming your identity. Verification selfies are stored separately from profile photos and are not displayed publicly. 7. Content You Submit You retain ownership of content you submit (photos, bio, messages). By submitting content, you grant Sawasdee Match a limited, non-exclusive license to store and display that content to other users for the purpose of operating the service. We do not sell your content to third parties. 8. In-App Purchases Sawasdee Match offers optional premium subscriptions and consumable purchases processed through Apple App Store and Google Play via RevenueCat. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Consumable purchases (such as boost packs) are non-refundable once used. Restore Purchases is available to reactivate a subscription on a new device. 9. Messaging Basic messaging is free for all matched users. Premium subscribers receive additional features including typing indicators and read receipts. You agree not to use the messaging feature to send spam, unsolicited solicitations, or harmful content. 10. Moderation and Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Users can report other users directly within the app. We review reports and take action where warranted, but we do not guarantee response times or specific outcomes. 11. Disclaimer of Warranties Sawasdee Match is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant uninterrupted service or that matches will result in any particular outcome. Dating involves risk — you are responsible for your own safety when meeting people in person. 12. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Loud Unicorn LLC's total liability for any claim arising from your use of Sawasdee Match shall not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for the actions of other users or for any indirect or consequential damages. 13. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona. 14. Changes We may update these Terms. We will notify you via an in-app notice or email.
