Last updated: 2026-08-09 TERMS OF USE FOR SCREENSHOT INBOX ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By downloading, installing, or using Screenshot Inbox (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes. LICENSE GRANT Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use, we grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on an Apple device that you own or control. This license does not permit you to copy, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the App. You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, transfer, or sublicense the App or any rights therein. Any use of the App beyond the scope of this license is strictly prohibited. PROHIBITED USES You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to: Using the App to harvest, extract, or store personally identifiable information, financial data, or sensitive content from screenshots belonging to others. Attempting to bypass, disable, or circumvent any security features or protective measures of the App. Using the App in a manner that could harm, defame, harass, abuse, or threaten any person or entity. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems, servers, or data. Reproducing, distributing, or transmitting any content obtained through the App without authorization. Interfering with the proper functioning of the App or the services we provide. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. THE EXTRACTION OF CONTENT FROM SCREENSHOTS VIA LIVE TEXT IS DEPENDENT ON THE FUNCTIONALITY OF APPLE'S TECHNOLOGIES AND MAY NOT ALWAYS EXTRACT DATA ACCURATELY OR COMPLETELY. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF ANY DATA EXTRACTED BY THE APP. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR ACCESS TO THE APP, IF ANY. CHANGES TO TERMS We may update these Terms of Use at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document and notify you within the App of material changes.
