If you do not agree, do not use the App. We may update these terms at any time by posting changes to the App or our website. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. 2. License Grant We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your personal device. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or transfer the App or any part of it. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code. You may not use the App for any commercial purpose or for any purpose other than personal use. 3. User Conduct and Prohibited Uses You agree not to: - Use the App to harass, threaten, or harm others - Share offensive, illegal, or defamatory content in wishlists or group names - Attempt to disrupt the App's functioning or access systems without authorization - Use the App in violation of any applicable law or regulation - Impersonate another person or entity - Sell, redistribute, or rent access to the App 4. No Warranties The App is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or meet your expectations. We do not warrant that names will remain secret if your device is compromised or shared. We are not responsible for lost, leaked, or deleted wishlist data. 5. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including lost data or ruined gift exchanges. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for premium features. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so this may not apply to you. 6. In-App Purchases The free version of the App is available at no cost. Premium features ($0.99) and advanced features ($2.99 one-time purchase) are optional. All purchases are final; refunds are subject to the App Store's refund policy, not our policy. 7. Intellectual Property The App and all its contents, including design, features, and functionality, are owned by us or our licensors. You own your wishlist data. You grant us the right to use that data solely to operate the App and provide features like name drawing and matching. 8. Termination We may disable your access to the App if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. 9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles. 10.
