ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By downloading, installing, or using the Shared Pet Custody Manager app, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms apply to all users, including those with free trials or subscription access. 2. LICENSE GRANT We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use this app solely for coordinating pet custody with other household members or co-parents. You may not sublicense, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, or share your access with others. This license terminates immediately upon your violation of these terms or expiration of your subscription. 3. PROHIBITED USES You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the app's source code; (b) use the app for any purpose other than personal pet custody coordination; (c) remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels; (d) use the app to transmit malware, spam, or unlawful content; (e) interfere with app servers or networks; (f) access the app through automated means without authorization; or (g) use the app in violation of any law or regulation. 4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or virus-free. Use at your own risk. Veterinary or medical advice provided through shared records is not a substitute for professional veterinary consultation. 5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the app, including loss of data, missed pet care, or disputes between users. Our total liability does not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months preceding your claim. This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. 6. INDEMNIFICATION You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Loud Unicorn and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the app, your violation of these terms, or disputes with other users regarding pet custody arrangements. 7. CHANGES TO TERMS We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
