If you do not agree, do not use the App. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS You agree that your use of the App constitutes acceptance of these terms. We may update these terms at any time. Your continued use after changes means you accept the new terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. LICENSE GRANT We grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to use the App on your personal device. You may not copy, modify, sublicense, transfer, sell, or distribute the App or any portion of it. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code. The App and all content within it remain our property. PROHIBITED USES You agree not to: - Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, our servers, or user data - Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or our support team - Interfere with the normal operation of the App - Collect or scrape user data without authorization - Attempt to bypass payment or subscription requirements - Use the App on behalf of others or for commercial purposes - Upload malicious software or content - Impersonate another user or entity DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We make no guarantee that the App will meet your needs, be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. LEGAL DISCLAIMERS This App is a management and organizational tool only. It is not a legal document and has no official legal status. The append-only log feature is provided for your convenience and record-keeping only—it does not create legally binding evidence or replace formal custody agreements, court orders, or legal documentation. If your situation involves legal custody disputes, contact a qualified attorney. Do not rely solely on this App for legal compliance or enforcement. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including lost data, lost income, or lost business opportunities. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the past twelve months. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES The App may integrate with third-party services (calendar platforms, payment processors, etc.). We are not responsible for those services or their privacy practices. Review their terms separately. TERMINATION We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violation of these terms.
