Last updated: 2026-08-05 TERMS OF USE — SKINNYFAT 1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By downloading, installing, or using the SkinnyFat app (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not agree to all terms, do not use the App. We may update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated terms. 2. LICENSE GRANT SkinnyFat grants you a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to use the App solely for your own fitness and wellness purposes. This license is revocable at any time. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, or transfer the App or any of its components. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App. 3. PROHIBITED USES You agree not to use the App to: - Engage in any illegal activity or violate applicable laws - Transmit viruses, malware, or code intended to harm the App or other users - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or related systems - Use the App in any way that infringes third-party intellectual property rights - Harass, threaten, defame, or abuse any person - Impersonate or misrepresent your identity or affiliation - Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the App - Use the App on behalf of any third party or for commercial purposes 4. NO WARRANTIES THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. 5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOUDUNICORN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE DOLLAR. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATION OF LIABILITY; IN THOSE CASES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. 6. HEALTH AND SAFETY The App provides fitness guidance only and is not medical advice. Consult a healthcare provider before starting any exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions. You assume all risk related to your use of the App and any fitness activities you undertake based on its content. 7. CHANGES TO TERMS We may modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted to the App. Continued use constitutes acceptance. We encourage you to review these terms periodically. 8.
