If you do not agree, do not use the App. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS These Terms of Use constitute a legal agreement between you and Loud Unicorn ("Company") governing your use of the App. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of these terms. We may update these terms at any time. Your use after any changes means you accept the new terms. LICENSE GRANT Subject to your compliance with these terms, Company grants you a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for your own professional installation work. You may not sublicense, resell, rent, lease, or transfer the App or your rights to it to any third party. You may not use the App on behalf of any person or entity other than yourself, nor may you permit others to use your account or installation of the App. PROHIBITED USES You agree not to: Use the App for any commercial purpose, including selling calculations or results generated by the App to third parties, or charging customers for services that rely on the App. Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code or algorithms of the App. Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices. Modify or create derivative works based on the App. Attempt to bypass any license restrictions or payment mechanisms. Use the App in violation of applicable laws or electrical codes and safety standards in your jurisdiction. Share your access credentials or permit unauthorized users to access paid features. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Company does not warrant that calculations are accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific projects. Electrical and solar installation work carries inherent safety risks; you are solely responsible for verifying all calculations, consulting applicable codes, and following industry standards. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law, Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Company's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding your claim. CHANGES TO TERMS Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
