Last updated: 2026-08-05 TERMS OF USE ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By downloading, installing, or using Sourdough Companion (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes. LICENSE GRANT We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control. This license does not include the right to: modify, translate, or create derivative works; reverse engineer or decompile; remove or alter any proprietary notices; or use the App for commercial purposes of any kind. PROHIBITED USES You agree not to use the App to: violate any applicable laws or regulations; infringe upon intellectual property rights; transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code; attempt to gain unauthorized access; impersonate any person or entity; harass, abuse, or threaten others; or interfere with the App's functionality or security. Any violation may result in immediate termination of your access. PAID FEATURES AND REFUNDS The App offers optional paid features behind a paywall. Purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. You are responsible for all fees and taxes associated with your purchases. We may change pricing and feature availability with notice. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS. TERMINATION We may terminate your access to the App immediately, without notice, for violations of these terms or for any reason whatsoever. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. CHANGES TO TERMS We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the App following notice of changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the App or email. GOVERNING LAW These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where we are located, excluding conflict of law principles.
