Last updated: 2026-08-05 SPEED KNIT TERMS OF USE 1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By downloading or using Speed Knit (the "App"), you agree to these terms of use. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the App. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. 2. LICENSE GRANT We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-commercial, and non-transferable license to use the App on your personal devices for your own knitting projects and productivity tracking. You may not copy, modify, translate, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the App. You may not rent, lease, or lend the App to others. 3. PROHIBITED USES You agree not to: - Use the App for any commercial purpose without prior written consent - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems - Share your App license with others or resell access - Use the App to create competing products or services - Violate any applicable laws or regulations while using the App - Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices or labels 4. YOUR DATA AND PRIVACY The App syncs timing data across your personal devices using your Apple account. We collect minimal data necessary to provide this functionality. Refer to our Privacy Policy for complete details on how your data is handled. You retain ownership of your project timing data and patterns. 5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. 6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP. 7. TERMINATION We may terminate your license immediately if you violate these terms.
