Last updated: 2026-08-05 TERMS OF USE — SPEED SEGMENTS By downloading and using Speed Segments ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS You accept these terms by using the App. We may update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new terms. We will notify you of material changes, but it is your responsibility to review the current terms regularly. LICENSE GRANT We grant you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for its intended purpose. You may not sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer your access or rights to the App. You may not modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the App. PROHIBITED USES You agree not to: Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation. Provide false information or use fake accounts. Manipulate, cheat, or exploit game mechanics, leaderboards, or segment records through altered GPS data, spoofing, or other deception. Harass, threaten, or harm other users. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its servers. Use the App while driving in a manner that endangers yourself or others. Violate any intellectual property rights. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR THAT IT WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS. GPS AND SPEED DATA ARE SUBJECT TO DEVICE LIMITATIONS AND ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS AND MAY NOT BE PERFECTLY ACCURATE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INCORRECT SEGMENT DATA, LEADERBOARD ERRORS, OR DATA LOSS. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFIT, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE. INDEMNIFICATION You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your use of the App, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights. TERMINATION We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
