If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app. LICENSE GRANT Loudunicorn LLC grants you a limited, personal, non-commercial, and non-transferable license to use Tonk solely for your own entertainment. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or sublicense this app or any rights to it. You may not use this app for any commercial purpose. WHAT YOU OWN You own the one-time purchase ($4.99) and any cosmetic card-back or table-felt packs ($1.99 each, optional). These purchases are permanent within the app. They cannot be refunded, transferred, or exchanged. All other content, including game rules, artwork, code, and design, remains the property of Loudunicorn LLC. PROHIBITED USES You agree not to: - Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of this app - Use the app to harm others or infringe their rights - Distribute, copy, or reproduce this app except as permitted by these terms - Use the app in violation of any law or regulation - Exploit bugs or glitches for competitive advantage in violation of fair play - Access the app through any means other than the official iOS app itself WARRANTY DISCLAIMER THIS APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. LOUDUNICORN LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR MEET YOUR SPECIFIC NEEDS. YOU USE THIS APP AT YOUR OWN RISK. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOUDUNICORN LLC DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
