If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Loudunicorn LLC ("Company"). Your access to and use of the App are conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. LICENSE GRANT The Company grants you a limited, revocable, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not sublicense, redistribute, resell, or transfer the App or any rights granted under this license. This license does not include the right to modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the App. PROHIBITED USES You agree not to use the App to: - Violate any applicable laws or regulations - Infringe intellectual property rights of others - Harass, threaten, defame, or abuse any person - Upload, transmit, or distribute malware or harmful code - Gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or data - Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or operations - Exploit the App for commercial purposes without authorization - Modify or fraudulently reproduce content in the App - Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair it FREEMIUM MODEL The App is available in free and paid tiers. The Company may modify, limit, suspend, or remove features in either tier at any time. Premium features, pricing, and availability are subject to change with notice. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Company disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Company does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole remedy is discontinuation of use of the App. CHANGES TO TERMS The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon notice posted in the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
