Last updated: 2026-08-05 TERMS OF USE – WARRANTYVAULT ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By downloading and using WarrantyVault ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to all terms, do not use the App. LICENSE GRANT WarrantyVault grants you a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App solely for your own household warranty management. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or transfer the App or any of its contents. Household sharing is permitted only under the paid plan ($3.99 one-time unlock). SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT The free version includes storage for up to 5 warranty items. A one-time $3.99 in-app purchase unlocks unlimited items, household sharing, and claim filing templates. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Prices may change at our sole discretion with notice. PROHIBITED USES You agree not to: - Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the App's source code - Use the App for commercial purposes or to provide services to third parties - Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent warranty or receipt data - Interfere with the App's functionality or access its servers - Use the App to infringe intellectual property rights or violate laws - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to user data or systems USER-GENERATED CONTENT Any images, documents, or data you upload (receipts, warranties, claims) remain your property. By using the App, you grant WarrantyVault a limited license to process, store, and display this content solely to provide App services. We do not sell or publicly share your warranty data. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WARRANTYVAULT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. THE APP MAY CONTAIN ERRORS, DELAYS, OR INACCURACIES. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT ALERTS WILL BE DELIVERED BEFORE WARRANTY EXPIRATION OR THAT CLAIM TEMPLATES WILL BE ACCEPTED BY WARRANTY PROVIDERS. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WARRANTYVAULT AND ITS OWNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. THIS INCLUDES LOSS OF DATA, MISSED WARRANTY CLAIMS, OR EXPIRED COVERAGE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP. CHANGES TO TERMS WarrantyVault may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.
