ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By downloading, installing, and using the WonderScope Science application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. These terms apply to all users, including parents, guardians, and children who use the App. 2. LICENSE GRANT We grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the App on your personally owned or controlled device. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, or publish the App or its content without our prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. 3. ACCEPTABLE USE You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the App. Prohibited uses include: - Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems - Modifying or creating derivative works of the App - Removing or obscuring any proprietary notices - Using the App to upload, transmit, or store illegal, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material - Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App - Using the App for commercial purposes without authorization - Collecting or tracking personal information of other users 4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We make no guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all features will function as described. Scientific information provided by the App is simplified for educational purposes and should not replace professional scientific or medical advice. 5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App. 6. PAID FEATURES AND REFUNDS The App includes premium features accessed through in-app purchase. Subscription charges renew automatically unless canceled. Refunds are governed by your device's app store policy. We are not responsible for refund disputes; contact the App Store or Google Play directly. 7. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. 8.
