1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GameCaptcha ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. GameCaptcha is operated by didyu ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of Service

GameCaptcha provides arcade mini-game CAPTCHA widgets that you can embed in your website or application to verify that users are human. You receive a site key and embed code after purchase, which you integrate into your forms. Verification tokens are validated via our server-side API.

3. Account Registration

To access the Service you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Purchases and Payments

Game purchases are one-time payments. You receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to embed the purchased game(s) on your properties. Payments are processed by Stripe. All sales are final; refunds are granted at our sole discretion within 7 days of purchase if the widget does not function as described.

5. Permitted Use

You may embed GameCaptcha widgets on any website or application you own or manage. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the widgets or site keys. You may not use the Service to protect illegal content or activities. Each site key is tied to your account; sharing site keys between unrelated parties is prohibited.

6. API and Rate Limits

We reserve the right to impose rate limits on token verification requests to ensure service stability. Abuse of the API (including automated scraping or bot-driven verification bypasses) will result in immediate account suspension without refund.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will prevent all automated bot activity. No CAPTCHA system provides absolute security.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, didyu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
